Welcome to Black Girl Beauty School of Careers!
A Structured National Apprenticeship System
Black Girl Beauty School of Careers operates a standardized, federally aligned apprenticeship system powered by The Amanda Manigault Method™.
Our model integrates:
- salon-based On-the-Job Training (OJT)
- structured Related Technical Instruction (RTI)
- and industry-level coordination through a beauty industry intermediary system
This system ensures apprentices gain real-world experience in licensed salons while receiving structured instructional support that reinforces skill development, consistency, and career readiness.
At No Cost to Apprentices
All apprenticeship training is provided at no cost to apprentices through participating employer and workforce partnerships.
This allows individuals to earn while they learn, removing financial barriers while creating structured pathways into licensed beauty careers.

- Apprentices entering licensed beauty careers
- Salons, spas, studios, and beauty employers
- Educators and training partners
- Workforce development agencies
- Industry and community organizations
