Welcome to our Headquarters. We are located in Atlanta, GA. We are a career technical educational institute that offers cosmetology diploma programs to ages 16 & up, postsecondary certifications to high school/GED graduates. Our foundation, Black Girl Beauty Foundation offers secondary education to middle/high school students. Our mission is to prepare students for immediate job placement, post-secondary education and entrepreneurial opportunities. We are the one stop hub for all your career needs. We are Black Girl Beauty School of Careers; while we specialize in Black Hair Care, Black Arts and Building Entrepreneurs in Black Communities; we target, service, train and welcome all socioeconomic standing to our educational platforms.

BLACK GIRL BEAUTY SCHOOL OF CAREERS - GEORGIA HEADQUARTERS If you're considering a career at Black Girl Beauty School of Careers - GEORGIA, this location is our main campus and has 8 different departments with three different learning pathways, TRADITIONAL, APPRENTICE and ONLINE learning.
GEORGIA TRADITIONAL LEARNING PATHWAY

- COSMETOLOGY – 1500 HRS.
- BARBER – 1500 HRS
- COSMETOLOGY INSTRUCTOR – 750 HRS.

Black Girl Beauty School of Careers Traditional School is located in Atlanta, GA. We offer Cosmetology and Performing Arts. Both department programs offer hybrid learning. You will enjoy learning the theory portion from the comfort of your own home creating a schedule that works with your lifestyle. This portion of the program is taught through an amazing (synchronous) educational platform with self-paced learning and live instruction. You will also attend campus for live sessions at a beautiful state-of-the-art campus facility. This is where you’ll receive your practical training on live models. This program is with a licensed instructor, specific schedule and a certified curriculum. Suitable class sizes and exceptional learning values allow Black Girl Beauty School of Careers to offer an intimate and inclusive educational learning environment. We do this by also ensuring each student receives the individualized attention and support they need through our unique hybrid programs. This pathway is great for the student who has time to commit and prefers learning & networking in a school atmosphere with one-on-one & group training. A flexible on campus schedule has been created to complete the required hands-on portion of the program. Upon completing the entire 1500 hours, the student will test for the theory and practical exam. We accept students starting at the age of sixteen (16) years old.
THEORY TRAINING SYNCHRONOUS LEARNING EXPERIENCE
Synchronous distance learning allows students to attend class from anywhere, virtually each week with instructors and classmates. Students participate in real-time discussions during class time each week, at the same time as your instructor and classmates. Synchronous learning educators and the students in the course engage with the course content and each other simultaneously but at different locations. Students improve presentation skills while networking and making connections with classmates.
This location is certified as a vocational school with the Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission in the state of Georgia.
Our team has been dedicated to leadership, entrepreneurship and philanthropy in the beauty and performing arts industries for more than 45 years. They all work hand and hand when it comes to building a career/business. Today, we’re very excited and passionate about helping future professionals obtain licensing and/or certification in your program of choice.
