The Performing Arts Industry Program.
This program is 100% online through distance learning that utilizes synchronous and asynchronous learning. This post-secondary education is for high school/GED graduates and prepares students for entrepreneurship and the workforce. The total hours to complete this course is 60 clock hours (6-weeks) and includes one live, fully interactive, online class per week. Live classes are held once per week. Each class is 1 hour long, and you can choose between very convenient morning or evening classes.
The Hair Braiding Program.
This program is 100% online through distance learning that utilizes synchronous and asynchronous learning. This post-secondary education is for high school/GED graduates and prepares students for entrepreneurship and the workforce. The total hours to complete this course is 60 clock hours and includes one live, fully interactive, online class per week for the virtual learning. Classes are held once per week. Each class is 1 hour long, and you can choose between very convenient morning or evening classes. These classes are also offered online and available 24/7 and LIVE-IN-PERSON at scheduled times.
Life Coaching Program:
Black Girl Beauty School of Careers offers The Life Coaching Program. This course model is 100% online through distance learning and utilizes both synchronous and asynchronous learning. This post-secondary education is for high school/GED graduates and prepares students for entrepreneurship and the workforce. The total hours to complete this course is 60 clock hours and includes one live, fully interactive, online class per week. Each class is 1 hour long, and you can choose between very convenient morning or evening classes. Take your talent, skills and education and turn into a coaching business.
Continuing Education Department:
Black Girl Beauty School of Careers offers Continuing Education. This course model is 100% online. All course hours are different depending on the course outline and state requirements. This post-secondary education is for high school/GED graduates and prepares students for entrepreneurship and the workforce.
Exam Preparation Division:
This is an exam prep course that helps strengthen your knowledge to help you with passing your state examination. You are eligible to take these courses if you are a student in beauty school wanting to prepare, or maybe you are re-entering back in the field, you’ve been on an apprenticeship or have acquired any hours towards your cosmetology or barbering program. You must be a high school/GED graduate and pass all exams to receive certification for the course.
Both written and practical exams are available for each program offered.
